Hope you didn't miss us too much!

We can't really blame Microsoft for this one, but we feel like blowing something up, so here goes:

Truth is, our recent 36 hour absense from the web was due to a recalcitrant hard-drive which has now been banished to the scrapheap. Hopefully, it will be plain sailing for a while. Unfortunately, our entire OS had to be re-installed and many settings may have changed without our even being aware of them. Certainly, our SPAM filters have been reset and email was blocked totally for 36 hours so many incoming messages will have been lost or delayed.

Fortunately, there were no catastrophes amongst the programs that we are keeping an eye on!

Happenings of note:

Mentors4Profit have just announced that they are officially entering Phase II. Frankly, Phase I has already been an exciting ride and we have a sizable group of members which is growing daily. InvestPlace Activity is on the increase here. It seems that member confidence is climbing. For our part, we have already had small investments mature and have made a couple of withdrawals since the program re-opened.

They have recently announced that the health of the program is such that they may soon be in a position to pay out some of the monies lost in the payment processor debacle earlier in the year.

Global Online Depository: Following a trend that is noticeable amongst REAL secure opps (Feeder Fund most recently), Global has announced that they will be enforcing their published payout policy which reserves referral commissions for 30 days and interest payouts for 90 days. Although we find this a little over the top, we can understand why legitimate companies must protect their cash flow. Global remains one of our most secure opportunities and any SERIOUS investor should consider divesrsifying into this program!
