DON'T UPGRADE TO Internet Explorer 7 - PERIOD!

Horror stories continue! Apparently, literally thousands of unsuspecting Miscrosoft customers accepted the automatic upgrade to IE7 only to find that it crashed their machines totally. It seems to me that the lucky ones are those who have bootleg copies of XP, since they will not be automatically offered the upgrade

For our part, having lost certain javascript programming features because Microsoft decided they were security hazards (read: too lazy to fix their own loopholes, so they just block the code!). Now we discover that IE7 often no longer displays the Favicon.ico graphic that would usually show on the page tab. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't! Very annoying.

So far, we haven't found a SINGLE compelling reason for upgrading!

Wow! we sure can't wait to see what disasters VISTA brings with it!
